Can anyone tell me please why this ad is cool and seems to be doing so well?

Yes 6:39, you are missing something, a chromosome. I think it's brilliant. Geez, some people are such dickheads.

Congrats guys. See you in the gutter bar with your lion.

If the idea is sooooo simple, then can you please explain it to me quickly then?

All i'm seeing is a pretty pun?

The idea is they blew up a billboard.
Nobody has blown up a billboard and called it an ad before.
That's why I reckon it's good.
Let's turn it around on you for a bit;
Are you saying you wouldn't have approved it if you were CD? (I'm guessing here that you're not CD)

Never assume anything Mr/Mrs 8:10pm...

Your also still missing my point.

WHY DID THEY BLOW UP THE BILLBOARD?

Couriers don't blow up.
What is the relevance to the company 'Deadline' and the billboard blowing up?

It was done for awards.

Will it stop clients taking their budgets overseas? No.

Will it make clients shift business? No.

Move on and acknowledge it for what it is, an awards only ad.

The idea is that Deadline Couriers mean what they say.

When they say they'll deliver a courier in 1 hour, it'll be delivered in 1 hour.

When they say they'll bolow up a billboard in 24 hours, they blow up a billboard in 24 hours.

Simple. Much like you, 8.32.

Correct me please if I get this wrong:

Here's the relevance. When we give you a time we mean it. That's what the billboard said... I'd say doing this was a pretty good way of demonstrating that; telling people you are going to do something at a particular time, then actually doing it. I was there (the cunt in me was hoping it would croak) and surprisingly a lot of other peeps turned up to see it too. Enough to warrant closing the road if i remember.

If you watched the news more, you might not be so confused. (And fuck isn't that the goal 8:32, to get on the news?)

I doubt Deadline will be taking their business overseas. They are an Auckland based company based in the CBD.

If all you can see in this ad is a pretty pun, you shouldn't be working in this industry and 5.01 I'm guessing you don't.
This is a serious contender for outdoor grand prix.

Good on ya guys.

If you've got any explosives left I suggest we blow up the little tosser who keeps slaging off your billboard.

Have a great trip.

Pegs

Never slagged it.

Just called it a pun.
If the truth is slagging then so be it Pegs and you can't blow me up, that's called murder.
Don't be so childish.

Thank you 12:48, the answer I was looking for.

Some of you bitters should add some lemon and lime.

Peace

Not really wanting to get in on the action, I like the idea, but the devil in my head keeps saying 'how much work does Colenso do for deadline couriers?'

Dear little one,

If you can't understand it then you shouldn't be working in this business.

My guess is that you're probably not.

Head out of arse and move onto your next small space ad in the TV guide.
