That narrows it down to about five agencies

Parnell. That narrows it. Blue Hat? Revolution? Braincell Creative's new Parnell office (they're from Tauranga don't ya know)? OK, seriously, unless S&S have dumped DB in favour of Lion (not completely outside the bounds of reality - Stone's had a hard on for Lion for so long the doctor thought it was a priapism) it's gotta be either Mojo, Meares Taine or (outside chance) FCB. Care to elaborate?

The winner rhymes with Homo.

It was a done deal. The pitch was just a process thing.

The sooner we realise this is how things work, the sooner we all can stop wasting money on silly pitches that are just for show.

Everyone knows, you win a pitch before you do the pitch.

So true

Waste of money and resources pitching for an account that's already gone

Publicis Mojo Auckland and Optimedia are set to win the business. I heard the agency and their media shop were seen lunching with Lion execs during the pitch a week or so ago (smiling faces all round) and many, including MTC, believe it's a done deal.

Yip, this whole process is a scam of a monumental proportions.

I wonder if any of the national business press will be covering this story?
